Frequently Asked Questions

STREAMING AND PODCASTS ON HAPPY RADIO 92.5

1. You may need to allow pop-ups from
www.kkhafm.com and www.streamaudio.com so that the player can launch the stream. You can do this in Internet Explorer / Tools / Pop-Up Blocker / Pop-Up Blocker Settings. Simply type in www.kkhafm.com and click add, then do the same for www.streamaudio.com >> If you get a message that says "A Pop-Up was blocked by the Google Toolbar" then you need to click the "Pop-Up" button on the Google Toolbar. This should allow the pop-ups to work and you should be able to play the stream.

2. Because of occasional sports schedules, there may be music on the Podcast before and after the game as well as pre-game and post-game audio.

3. You may need to install the latest version of Windows Media Player: CLICK HERE

4. Click the link on the PODCAST page for the game you'd like to listen to. A new tab or window should open, followed by a smaller window that contains the player.

5. Some games broadcast by KKHA or kkhafm.com must be streamed over the internet using a cell-phone or wi-fi card because of lack of land-line phone service and/or wi-fi internet access at some stadiums. While we do our best to have a continuous broadcast if we lose our cell phone signal the stream will temporarily go down. After a few minutes you will need to restart your stream on your computer. We apologize for this inconvenience but we have no control over cell phone coverage and there are stadiums that will have limited access.

6. If you have tried all of the items above and you are still having issues, please contact our staff at sheryl@kkhafm.com with your name and phone number and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Enjoy,
The Team at Happy Radio 92.5
